Javier earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from the Florida Atlantic University. He earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from St. Thomas University School of Law and went on further to earn his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M. in Taxation) from the University of Miami School of Law.

Additionally, he provides guidance on probate and trust administration, and elder law matters.
